The program strives to provide an environment which is sensitive to the culture and history of African Americans and assist African American students in achieving their educational goals.
American Indian Student Services 1119 Mesa Vista Hall, UNM Main Campus 505-277-6343 / AISS is also a liaison for Native students attending local high schools and schools located on or near tribal reservations; tribal and community colleges; tribal governments; and tribal higher education programs and organizations that directly impact the recruitment and retention of American Indian students at The University of New Mexico. National Hispanic Cultural Center 1701 4th Street SW 505-246-2261 / The National Hispanic Cultural Center is dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and advancement of Hispanic culture, arts, and humanities. The Center presents over 700 events and creates the opportunity for thousands more through its art museum, library, genealogy center, and educational resources.
